Garlic and Parsley Shrimp Greek Pitas
INGREDIENTS
- 4 pitas
- 2 cups hummus
- 1 cup sliced Kalamata olives
- 1 cup roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup chopped English cucumbers
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup yogurt sauce
- 16 oz Ultra Natural Garlic and Parsley Shrimp
TO MAKE YOGURT SAUCE
- 1 cup Greek plain yogurt
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Assemble pita as follows: ¼ cup hummus, ¼ cup sliced Kalamata olives, ¼ cup chopped tomatoes, ¼ cup chopped cucumbers, ¼ cup feta cheese, 4 oz shrimp.
- Drizzle with yogurt sauce.
YOGURT SAUCE
- Mix all ingredients together with a spoon.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
