Cajun Shrimp Po Boy
INGREDIENTS
- 4 flour tortillas, 10 inch
- 2 roma tomatoes, sliced
- Leaf lettuce
- Remoulade sauce
- 16 oz Ultra Natural Cajun Shrimp
TO MAKE REMOULADE SAUCE
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon cajun spice
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the cajun shrimp in a saucepan until hot.
- Layer lettuce, tomato and shrimp in the center of the tortilla. Drizzle with remoulade sauce. Fold a side of the tortilla over filling and tightly roll.
REMOULADE SAUCE
- Mix all ingredients together.
