Cajun Shrimp Po Boy

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 flour tortillas, 10 inch
  • 2 roma tomatoes, sliced
  • Leaf lettuce
  • Remoulade sauce
  • 16 oz Ultra Natural Cajun Shrimp

TO MAKE REMOULADE SAUCE

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon cajun spice
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat the cajun shrimp in a saucepan until hot.
  2. Layer lettuce, tomato and shrimp in the center of the tortilla. Drizzle with remoulade sauce. Fold a side of the tortilla over filling and tightly roll.

REMOULADE SAUCE

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
