Available cooked or raw with tail off, our all natural Black Tiger Shrimp use best in class ingredient that are just as nature intended.
The EU organic certification of our Black Tiger Shrimp covers hatchery, farms and plant, supporting healthy environments and communities in Vietnam.
The shrimp graze naturally on plankton and algae – the ponds don’t use feed – and the farm area is checked to ensure the mangrove forest is well maintained and healthy. The forest must cover a minimum of 60% of the farm area, and the coverage is verified by satellite and ground surveys.
The process for DNA traceability has been started, with plans to bring this online by 2022.
